I don’t use nutritional yeast any more. It’s like $20 a bag full here in Tasmania (that’s IF you can find it in the first place). I made a tapioca based cheese and it sat in the fridge as Steve wasn’t keen on it but then in my “waste not want not” phase, I decided to throw it into a batch of bechamel and again, it was amazing. For the BOSH! Balls: Preheat the oven to 180℃. Place the oats, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, coconut and pecan on a baking sheet and toast for 5- 10 minutes. Set aside and allow to cool.
